A special Heritage College vertical of our Syrah Estate Lot C. This 3-pack vertical includes the 2019 96 points, 2020 93 points, and 2021 93 points wines. One of two special library – futures trio pack from our Heritage Collection, small lot Syrah bottling inspired by Old-World Classics, informed by 30+ years of winegrowing experience, and crafted to show off the splendor of our Estate. I was immediately drawn to the wines of Cornas. They are rustic, backwards, and brooding...but with enough age and time in the glass they sing and rarely let you down. Lot C is crafted of 100% Syrah whole clusters creating layers of textural and aromatic elements - all rich and savory, steering away from just fruit notes and aged in new French Oak from the world's best French cooperages. Dark-toned fruit, leather, spice, tobacco, and dried flowers abound- a savory style build on brooding power that will be enjoyed for years.
